Validity of Estimates
The estimates provided in accordance with UAE law are valid for a period of 15 days from the date of issue. However, please note that these estimates are subject to availability and pricing fluctuations.
To ensure the accuracy and validity of the estimate, it is important to consider any changes or additional requirements that may arise during the estimation period. Such changes may lead to adjustments in pricing or availability of items.
Non-Binding Nature
It is essential to understand that estimates are non-binding and serve as an approximation of costs. The final amount on the invoice may vary depending on the actual items purchased.
Revisions -
Noorhan reserves the right to revise or cancel estimates at any time without prior notice. This means that the estimate provided may be subject to change, and it is important to stay updated on any revisions that may occur.
Accuracy of Estimates
As a customer, it is your responsibility to verify fitment and part numbers. This is crucial to ensure that the correct parts are being ordered. Please note that incorrectly specified parts cannot be returned, so it is important to carefully review and confirm the accuracy of the information provided.
Orders and Cancellations -
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded, even if the items are not collected. It is important to be certain of your purchase before placing an order to avoid any inconvenience or financial loss.
Order Cancellation for Uncollected Items
In the event that items remain uncollected by the customer beyond 30 days from the confirmed readiness date for ex-stock items, Noorhan reserves the right to cancel the order. In such cases, any advance payment made by the customer will not be refunded. It is important to collect your items within the specified timeframe to avoid cancellation and loss of payment.
Availability of Products
Please be aware that even after the order is confirmed, there is a possibility that the products may become out of stock from the distributor's side. Noorhan cannot be held responsible for any unavailability of the part due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to source the part or provide suitable alternatives/provide a refund, but we cannot guarantee availability.

Customer Responsibility and Verification:
It is crucial that the customer thoroughly checks fitment and confirms part numbers for compatibility upon receiving the retainer invoice. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the specifications, as incorrectly specified parts cannot be returned once the retainer invoice is accepted.
Adherence to Payment Terms:
Adherence to the agreed-upon payment terms is vital. Products reserved through the retainer invoice will be made available for collection or delivery upon fulfilling the payment conditions outlined in the Invoice Terms and Conditions.
Product Ownership and Transfer:
Until full payment is made for the items listed in the retainer invoice, the ownership remains with Noorhan. Complete ownership transfer will only occur upon the payment for the reserved items.
Warranty Considerations:
No warranties are provided on any parts reserved through the retainer invoice. All items are reserved on an "as-is" basis without any expressed or implied warranties. It is important to note that once reserved, no warranty claims will be entertained.
Reporting Shortages and Damages:
Any shortages or damages identified upon collection or delivery of the reserved items should be reported to Noorhan within 24 hours to facilitate swift resolution and assistance.
Non-Returnable Items Reminder:
No returns or refunds will be accepted once items listed in the retainer invoice are collected or delivered. This includes electrical, electronic, and air conditioning parts, which are non-returnable due to their sensitive nature.
Battery Warranty Consideration:
The warranty for batteries is only valid upon presenting the invoice copy and a valid warranty card. Customers should ensure the safekeeping of these documents for any future warranty claims.

Acceptance of Sales Orders
Please be aware that all sales orders are subject to acceptance by Noorhan Auto. The company reserves the right to decline or modify orders at its discretion.
Payment Terms
It is important to note that all sales orders require full payment before the delivery or collection of items, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Product Inspection
We strongly advise customers to inspect items upon receipt. Any discrepancies or issues should be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt to ensure timely resolution.
Product Ownership
Ownership of goods will only transfer to the customer upon full payment of the invoice. Until payment is made in full, Noorhan Auto retains ownership of the products.
Warranty
Please be aware that Noorhan Auto does not provide warranties on any parts. All products are sold on an "as-is" basis, without any expressed or implied warranties. It is important for customers to consider this policy before making a purchase, as no warranties will be provided on the products sold by Noorhan Auto. Additionally, all sales are final, and no warranty claims will be accepted after the purchase.
Shortage and Damages

Non-Returnable Items:
Noorhan does not accept returns or provide refunds. In the rare case of conditional returns, a minimum cancellation fee of 20% of the original sale value may be applied at the discretion of Noorhan.
Electrical, electronic, and air conditioning parts cannot be returned once sold due to their sensitive nature, which can be easily damaged during installation or use.
Returns of parts will not be accepted if they have been used, mishandled, or if the product's labels and packaging are damaged.
Availability of Products

Adjustment of Credit Note:
The Credit Note value cannot be adjusted against any outstanding debts or accounts without the express approval of Noorhan.
Conditions for Credit Note Usage:
To utilize the Credit Note, the customer should present the original Credit Note document along with the invoice of the new purchase at the time of transaction.
